Dressed in an eclectic mix of everything from haute couture in Paris to Cajun Mardi Gras chicken-chasing garb, the gallery in Hill Memorial Library is ready for its close-up! Centuries of Style: A RETROspective of Dress features the fashion photography of LSU Alumna Jane McCowan (‘34) and illustrations of costume from across the centuries and around the globe found in our Rare Book Collection. The exhibition is free and open to the public, and runs from July 29 – October 19, 2013.

Centuries of Style is open to the public free of charge in Hill Memorial Library on LSU Campus, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday, Tuesdays 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
